Проверка полномочий страховщика по ОСАГО

К сожалению, количество поддельных полисов растет, поэтому очень важно при покупке проверить надежность выбранного страховщика.

Если Вы решили приобрести обычный бумажный полис ОСАГО, у Вас есть два варианта:

  • Обратиться напрямую в страховую компанию.

В этом случае или заранее узнайте, является ли выбранная компания действительным членом РСА (это можно сделать, зайдя на официальный сайт Российского Союза Автостраховщиков), или попросите предъявить действующую лицензию прямо в офисе компании. Вы должны убедиться в том, что СК в настоящее время имеет право предоставлять услуги по заключению договоров обязательного страхования автогражданской ответственности.

  • Обратиться к страховому брокеру.

В этом случае убедитесь в том, что страховая компания, полис которой Вам предлагают, действительно работает с этим контрагентом. Для этого попросите предъявить действующий агентский договор или позвоните в СК.
