Восстановление утраченного КБМ
При оформлении полиса ОСАГО за водителем (собственником ТС) закрепляется КБМ, который сохраняется в течение всего срока действия договора (как правило, он составляет один год). Если по окончании этого срока договор не был продлен (на продление дается один год), то коэффициент обнуляется (обнуление подразумевает возвращение к начальному КБМ классу, который равен единице). В этом случае водитель может написать заявление в РСА с просьбой восстановить КБМ. К письму необходимо будет приложить отсканированное с двух сторон водительское удостоверение и копию паспорта собственника ТС (в случае, если к управлению допускается неограниченное количество лиц). После того, как заявление будет рассмотрено, старый коэффициент (тот, который был до обнуления) восстановят.
