Что влияет на выплаты по ОСАГО

Возмещение по полисам ОСАГО осуществляется в пользу пострадавшей стороны в пределах установленных законом размеров выплат:

- В случае повреждения имущества лимит страхового возмещения может достигать 400 000 руб.

- В случае причинения вреда жизни или здоровью потерпевших сумма выплаты может достигать 500 000 руб.

Существует два варианта получения выплаты:

- Компенсация ущерба производится страховой компанией виновника.

- Компенсация ущерба производится страховой компанией самого потерпевшего (прямое возмещение убытков). Обратиться к своему страховщику можно только в том случае, если участниками аварии является не более двух ТС и оба водителя имеют полис ОСАГО.

При расчете суммы возмещения учитываются следующие факторы:

- Если есть повреждения автомобиля, проводится оценка убытков. Общая сумма на восстановление ТС рассчитывается с учетом износа деталей.

- Если автомобиль не подлежит восстановлению после аварии, выплачивается сумма, равная действительной стоимости ТС на момент ДТП за вычетом годных остатков.
